I was worried I'd be time-travelling with my comments as I'm waiting for Marvel Unlimited to get to the books that I'm not buying and it's getting even worse as Unlimited is not releasing comics in publication order anymore.
X-Force is generally one of my least favourite books but this was one of the better issues. Everyone felt in character and there was an intriguing story. You spoke about the characters' trust in Krakoa but what I found myself thinking about was my trust in the book. I don't know if I trust Ben Percy to be going anywhere with his good ideas. I remain worried that we'll end up back with Russian gangsters and the possibilities of this issue will remain unaddressed.
I wonder if the design of the underwater tumour is deliberately reminiscent of the monsters called by the Summoners in X of Tens, or if that's just part of the visual language of the current era. Maybe when Krakoa and Arrako tried to merge there was some Summoner jiggery pokery.
Anyway until we discover that Arrako gave Krakoa an STD,Make Mine X-Lapsed!
