  • Another fast read. But such a good issue. I’m glad that I’m reading along because this is such a hard book to describe with all the cutting between flashbacks and the present on the same page. This was an artist’s story. More of this story is told with pictures then with words. And that is something only comics can do.

    I liked Ms. Cain’s makeshift costume. It reminds me of Daredevil’s proto-costume from the “Man Without Fear” mini series. They are both exactly what you would expect someone to cobble together, a non-costume costume.

    I need some help with something. The copy I’m reading is digital and yours is physical. On page 18, the Two-Face splash page where Ms. Cain has him by the throat. Two-Face’s head is separated by three boxes. In my copy the top box says “Who”, the middle box says “the”, and the bottom box is blank. Then under the boxes, it says “are you?!”. Is the printed copy also blank in that third box? It feels like there should be a word in that box. Maybe a profanity?
