X-Lapsed goes back to business as usual, with a look at one of our core Dawn of X books – a rather transitional issue of Marauders. Call Me Kate is still M.I.A., and the Hellfire Tots continue to put their plans in motion.
All that, and I talk way too long about my adventures in Rio Verde, Arizona… while thanking the creative team for actually depicting an area of the state I live in as being something other than the setting for a Wile E. Coyote and Roadrunner cartoon!
Also: Some (wildly optimistic?) housekeeping… with an eye toward the next fifty-plus episodes of this program!

I still love Marauders. It was so clever to delay the others knowing about Kitty. Of course it would take a while to miss her. And they're all used to her going AWOL for a while.
I loved the characterisation of Callisto. The bit where she ripped the sleeves off reminded me of a scene from Savage She-Hulk 21 from way back in 1981 where She-Hulk does the same thing. I'm sure it's a complete coincidence but I can't help seeing the parallel.
So glad to hear you getting a positive representation of your home. The extra information about the area you gave gives texture to the idea of the Morlocks moving in. Surely they can do stories about lots of golfing pensioners having to cope with the Morlocks.
Anyway, I'm still loving your work.
