Welcome to the DC Near-Miss Page, where we look at concepts, characters, and titles that were originally pitched to DC Comics, but were... for whatever reason, ultimately passed on!
It might've been due to an inability to "make the numbers work"... perhaps there was a bit of language in the contract that one of the parties found disagreeable... maybe it had something to do with that "opposite of explosion" thing that happened to DC in 1978.
