I went back and double checked. The new “Batgirl” has not been called “Batgirl” in any issue since No Man’s Land began. She referred to herself as”The Bat” when she first encountered Batman after his return, but no one has called her “Batgirl”. She is “Batgirl” in appearance only.
And then I re-read Mosaic part 2. Damn Batman called her Batgirl right before taking away Black Mask. Well I was right when I first said it but now I’m wrong.
I guess calling her Batgirl means he has accepted her and approves of her using the mantle now.
